By downloading, accessing, or using StseeEX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Product Scope

StseeEX provides tools for organizing collectible assets, costs, fees, deposits, balances, ledger entries, valuation notes, category allocation, and related collection finance records.

3. No Financial Advice

StseeEX is an organizational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, appraisal, or resale advice. You are responsible for decisions made from your records or market research.

4. User Records

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
  • You should maintain backups of important records and exports.
  • You must not use StseeEX to store unlawful content or records tied to unlawful activity.

5. Local Data Controls

The app is designed for local-first use. Features may allow you to export records or delete local data. Deleting local data may be permanent unless you have created your own backup.

6. App Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We aim to keep records practical and portable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or operating system.

7. Acceptable Use

  1. Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app.
  2. Do not attempt to bypass security or platform restrictions.
  3. Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

StseeEX is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses tied to collection decisions or data you fail to back up.

We may update these terms when the app, law, or operating requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
